WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?
In those early days, the choices co-parents make are critical. As a professional who encounters parents in those beginning stages, you have the ability to be a significant point of influence.
To get parents to focus on their children instead of each other, you need to be able to bring the perspective of kids into the room.
However, putting children at the forefront of this process and engaging parents in finding positive ways to redefine their families after the split is no small task. It takes creativity, commitment, skill, and a wide assortment of tools.
The question is, how do we as practitioners guide them towards choices that put their kids at the center and not in the middle? How can we cut through the conflict, shift their perspective, and help them create a new family paradigm that stands the test of time?
The first of its kind, this intensive Co-parenting Training Program is designed to do exactly that. It helps practitioners move beyond focusing on how time is spent between households and center their work with co-parents on the needs of children as they navigate the realities of post-divorce parenting.
Regardless of where you are on the spectrum of experience, this innovative program will help you make the shift while gaining valuable skills and tools you can start using in your practice right away.
